First National Bank of Michigan

SKP helped FNB from initial concept to completion of the $1 million project and helped incorporate the bank’s brand and identity into the flagship branch’s design. First National Bank, founded in 2006, incorporates a mix of modern and traditional elements of banking. A combination of warm wood tones and industrial metallic finishes create a unique environment while a focus was placed on creating a learning environment for both children and adults. A children’s play area and coffee kiosk are among the first things that customers see when they enter the space, while the teller windows and convenient computer kiosks are tucked around the corner.  First National Bank wanted to create their own identity while making customers feel comfortable investing there. Elements such as the curved vault ceiling and roofline mimic that of the FNB logo.
