Design Program

This new construction home, overlooking Austin Lake, is unique for it’s level of customization of finishes and furnishings. SKP Design worked with the client to establish full furniture layout, furniture selections, decorative accent lighting and distinctive finishes for the entire home. The open kitchen offers great space for entertaining and presents a spectacular view of the lake. Warm wood tones with glass cabinet accents and granite countertops create an appealing and inviting atmosphere. Faux painted walls were designed in key areas to create depth and dimension. Custom bedding and window treatments were also designed to complement the interior.
