We Are
SKP Design, an area leader in hospitality design, continues to design spaces that amplify and promote our clients’ visions. We remain invested leaders, utilizing a team approach to ensure that every project is distinct and reflects our clients’ needs, budget and schedule.
We design spaces that set businesses apart from others by combining a range of experience, the latest technology and detailed knowledge of design, including the latest industry trends. Our design process ensures client involvement from concept, identity creation and overall design to implementation and completion.
Our projects include a unique array of restaurants, delis, bakeries, cafes, banks, corporate offices and medical offices that desire a hospitality feel and “wow factor”. Our hospitality design portfolio also includes resorts, hotels, retirement communities and retail spaces throughout the mid-west.
Community & World Commitment Statement:
SKP Design aspires to be environmentally conscious and utilize sustainable design principles in all aspects of its practice. Our policy is to improve environmental quality through managing demolition of existing spaces, specifying environmentally conscious materials, finishes and furnishings, and working with contractors that share similar values.
We continue to invest in the local community by serving on community boards, participating in volunteer roles as well as providing intern experiences to area universities.
