Client Overview
Biggby Coffee was founded in East Lansing, Michigan in 1995. After much success, the Biggby brand began franchising in 1998. As the fastest growing franchise in the Midwest, Biggby is located in more than eight states nationwide.

Design Program
SKP Design was charged with designing the new Biggby Coffee prototype and training center. The design incorporates an upscale urban environment with a fun and energetic atmosphere. The overall concept spotlights the companies growing success and enhances the brand image.  Bright colors, new furniture and finishes, updated product displays, contemporary lighting and custom artwork combine to create a fresh and appetizing setting. The new design will be utilized in over 80 new Biggby stores nationwide. The new design was first applied in February 2007 in the new store in Wyoming, MI.
