V & A Bootery is a family owned business with 4 locations in Michigan.

Design Program
SKP Design teamed with the VanDis family to create a new look for their Grand Rapids store. A trend in shoes has been a more casual yet professional look with comfort in mind. V & A features many brands such as Ecco, Merrell, Ugg, Keen and Clark.

Colored concrete was used in the entry for a walk-off area, and two companion carpets were selected for the display areas. One carpet features a wave pattern that has a natural feel. The carpet ties in the earthy colors scheme of green, eggplant and orange. Two tones of wood are used throughout the wall displays and store fixtures. An open ceiling emphasizes the height of the space, and the stone columns highlight the display areas.
