Preliminary Space Planning
Translate needs into potential floor plans; Review adjacencies of proposed spaces

Phase II
Finalize Space Planning
Based on Phase I input from client, finalize space plan requirements for space and create elevations to communicate design direction

Design Development
Select and specify interior finishes, fixtures and lighting; Develop design details and create preliminary sketches as needed to communicate design concepts

Preliminary Budgeting
Prepare a preliminary budget to outline the overall cost factors associated with a remodel

Design Documents
Create documents for a contractor to utilize for bidding and construction purposes for interior remodels or new construction (scaled floor plans, elevations, details, finish plans, lighting plans and electrical plans)

Furniture Selection
Inventory existing furniture and determine needs for new furniture; Select, specify and budget new furniture

Phase III
Project Management
Meetings to assure that space is constructed and furnished according to documents and specifications, answering questions

Signs & Way finding
Interior and exterior, ADA

Logo and Graphics Design
Review logo, graphics and branding material, update and adjust accordingly to represent style and feel of renovated space. Define logo based on the overall design direction. Produce an electronic version of the logo to use for letterhead, business cards and advertisements.

Art Consulting
Select and locate artwork; Consult with local artists and distributors

Project Budgeting
Coordinating with contractors and suppliers to establish budget and pricing for design concepts

Relocation Management

Architectural Consulting
Teaming with architects as consultants based on the size, scale and location of projects

A project may incorporate one or all of the above phases
