Beese Physical Rehabilitation & Wellness Center

Escanaba, Michigan

The John and Melissa Besse Physical Rehabilitation & Wellness Center was completed in 2015. This new building was designed by C2AE Architects and SKP Design collaborated with the team to create the interior design. The facility includes a wellness suite, physical therapy space, a pool, diagnostic spaces and offices.

The interior was designed with a nature theme to create a wellness atmosphere and fit into the beautiful wooded site that this new building and the OSF St. Francis Hospital & Medical Group occupies. Carpet tile was used in the main lobby, which features an organic branch pattern. The reception desk is wood, and features Lumicor panels to divide the check-in areas.
