Friendship Village is situated on 70 acres of land with beautiful woods, walking trails and groomed courtyards – the perfect choice for active senior living. The new Village Clubhouse is located near the independent living condominiums and is also within walking distance of the assisted and independent living apartments. It provides a beautiful space to residents for parties, meetings, family gatherings and social events.

The Clubhouse building is designed to complement the architecture of the surrounding garden homes. Natural elements are reflected in the patterns and textures of the finishes and the color palette of blues and cream is one found in nature. A spacious marble tiled entrance evokes the feeling of home. A Library with shelves for books to borrow also doubles as a smaller private meeting space. Sliding barn doors welcome residents into the primary gathering area and provide the flexibility to close off the space from the entrance. Transitional style four- and six-person tables will comfortably accommodate up to 100 people. Large screen TVs and AV equipment provide options for education and entertainment. A cozy sitting area and stone fireplace anchor the great room, providing a space for relaxation and small gatherings. Durable wood-look LVT flooring can double as a dance floor. Expansive windows bring the outdoors in and offer a view to the landscaped outdoor patio, complete with grilling island, tables and chairs for dining and socializing. A large indoor bar area is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, sink, dishwasher and quartz countertops, allowing ample space for serving food and beverages. Steps away is a spacious service kitchen for private catered parties.

Through double doors is a separate Game Room with billiards, tabletop shuffleboard and a poker table. A small bar area with beverage refrigerator, large screen TV, and AV equipment round out the entertainment options. Natural elements are highlighted in the twig pattern in the Lumicor doors – 3form Birch. Four individual accessible restrooms offer privacy. In the Education Room, furnished with classroom-style tables and chairs, nature inspired finishes continue in the branch pattern of the carpet tiles which repeats in the Lumicor door panel.
