SKP Design was hired to modernize an existing clubhouse space. The space needed to be multi-functional, durable, and attractive.
A focal point fireplace was designed with large format porcelain tiles. A modular sofa is centered in front of the fireplace to provide a relaxing space and provide seating for multiple people. The space also features small dining tables, computer workstations, and a remodeled kitchen to support events that are held in the space.
