OB-GYN PC

OB-GYN PC is a Kalamazoo based comprehensive obstetrical and gynecological services for women of all ages. In 2015 they moved their offices from Bronson Hospital to a free standing new construction building on 11th Street.
SKP Design was tasked with creating a calm and welcoming environment while integrating wood from the building site. Working with Schley Nelson Architects, we created the design for OB-GYN PC’s new building. A combination of blues and greens were used to give the space a fresh feel. Color was used as a wayfinding tool to help navigate the two wings of the new building. Artwork in each patient room adds to the calming nature of the space. Local photography was used in the corridors as a nod to the Kalamazoo roots of OB-GYN PC.
